Given the collaborative nature of EP's dialogue design process and the high degree of customization for every engagement, there is no “standard” dialogue format.
For instance, you might have a single dialogue session, or a series. You might have many small groups in a single large space, or numerous discrete spaces. The purposes, questions, structures, and communication agreements all vary according to the context of the community.
However, many dialogues—in particular those that bring a group together for the first time—follow the following outline.
