Tanvi Mittal

Tanvi Mittal is an Associate with Essential Partners and has been a student of EP’s approach since 2020. She is passionate about human stories and believes they are the key to creating thriving and equitable cultures.

Tanvi brings more than eight years of experience helping businesses with consumer research, brand strategy, and internal communications. She is an advanced facilitator and has held space for difficult conversations, deep explorations, and cultural discovery. Tanvi holds a Master’s in Cultural Anthropology, with an emphasis on immigrant identity from University of Pennsylvania.

Currently, she is building her coaching practice, aimed to serve the global majority. She wants to help leaders unlock their inherent wisdom, curiosity, and kindness to create more inclusive work cultures.
