Nicole Darsney

Nicole Darsney is a member of the Board of Directors at Essential Partners. A relational consultant and social impact advisor, Nicole believes meaningful connection is the foundation of lasting change. She helps mission-driven leaders create the relationships, partnerships, and communities that move their work forward — through workshops, curated gatherings, and the kind of strategic introductions that open the right doors at the right moment.

A four-time curator of flagship TED Conferences, she also founded Climate Families Jersey City. A prideful Jersey girl, she lives in Jersey City with her husband, two daughters, and rescue dog.
