Kimberly Shaw, M.Ed.

Kimberly Shaw is an Essential Partners Associate as well as a Physical Education/Health teacher and Middle School Instructional Technology Facilitator at Cary Academy (NC). She has been in secondary education for eighteen years and holds a Master's degree in Education from The University of Scranton.

Her passion for dialogue began with the implementation of dialogue at her school in 2016. Shortly after, she became an EP fellow and joined the organization as an associate in 2019.

As an EP Associate, Kimberly has worked to improve the connections across campuses by facilitating difficult conversations and training others to do the same. This work has included training students, faculty, and staff members at Valdosta University, North Central College, and Cary Academy.
