CJ Bell

CJ Bell is the Program Manager for the Center for Engagement (CCE) at Cary Academy, where she designs and leads experiential, service, and entrepreneurial learning opportunities for students in grades 6–12. She stewards and develops student-centered programs - such as the Student Dialogue Facilitators, Leadership Academy, and Teamship Class - that build leadership, facilitate connections across differences, and link classroom learning to real-world problem solving through partnerships with organizations and community stakeholders. 

With a background in middle school science, she has created inquiry-based curricula grounded in environmental science, design thinking, and field-based research, while also supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Throughout her work, she is committed to helping young people grow into thoughtful, empathetic leaders who can make a meaningful impact in their communities.
