Kelsie Wilkins

Kelsie Wilkins is a member of the Board of Directors at Essential Partners. Her experience in the nonprofit sector surrounds fundraising, community engagement and DEI. She is currently the Manager of Leadership Gifts at the ACLU. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing operations and support to the Development department's major gifts fundraisers.

Kelsie is passionate about education equity and youth development. Outside of her work with the ACLU, Kelsie volunteers with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City as well as works with high school students through college access programming.

Kelsie completed her Bachelor's of Journalism from the University of Missouri and earned her Master's of Science in Nonprofit Management from The New School in New York City.
